Our Services

Occupational Therapists are regulated health care professionals who are authorized to perform counselling and psychotherapy. Occupational Therapy services are usually listed under paramedical services within insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to check to see if Occupational Therapy Services are covered. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have any questions about coverage please contact us.

Yes, Occupational Therapists are one of the regulated health professionals that can practice the controlled act of psychotherapy in the province of Ontario. I have training and experience in doing psychotherapy.
